HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
The canvas art is shipped "ready to hang" right out of the box.
You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to info@automotivecanva.com and we will help you to track your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?The fulfillment takes between 1-3 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time 4-10 business days, shipping time depends on destination. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?Please reach out to UPS or DPD (EU) or FedEx (International orders) with your tracking number and ask why they did not deliver. If you don't get any help from them please contact us at info@automotivecanva.com and we will help you.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?Register your return via info@automotivecanva.com. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?All customers according to the law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at info@automotivecanva.com to get the address for shipping back your order.
Note: All orders that are bought on SALE or a coupon code over 14% off are not included in our return policy at automotivecanva.com. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfillment takes 1-3 days).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a $35 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
